Recently State of Michigan bar members established an ethic code to assist in resolving disputes with managerial decisions.
The single largest change came from increasing personal gift acceptances from contractors, singing performers, agents of other governments and a whole host of names and organizations, to give directors, managers and contracting officers authority to accept no more than 350 dollars form these entities.
