My book, A System Built by Tribal Members, comes out on November 4, 2026.

It is my story of tribal leadership, Indian Gaming, and the laws that shaped our communities, from the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 to the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1988. I wrote it for tribal members: the people who serve on our boards and committees, and the people those decisions affect.
